-This needs to be done for each Surgery spot. So if you have several animals you will have to do this several times. If you are a high volume trapper feel free to contact us about setting up volume spots.

*Max appointments: 3 per person per week maximum. if you are scheduling more than one pet, you may be asked for a deposit by phone after you schedule. This is due to an extraordinary amount of pet no shows. If you have a litter of kittens and have more than 3 we can make exceptions and allow more than 3. We may be opening up spots to more than 3 for trappers again at some point but for now please schedule 3 per day only.

-We take Cash or Credit card. Note: there is now a 4% service fee for credit cards.
-TNR are preferred to be in traps. Please have them covered. A carrier would be OK if needed. Please note that small traps that are considered "squirrel traps" should only be used to trap kittens who are going into a foster home or large cage to socialize. These are not big enough for Cats to recover 1-2 days.
-Pets should be in Hard Side Carriers for the safety of the cat.
-Make sure to remove food at midnight the night before (we understand TNRs may not be fasted). Place old towel, newspaper or Pee pad in carrier. Anything soiled will be thrown away. Please ensure the carrier is a good size for your cat. Latge adult Cats should not be in Kitten sized carriers.

Walk ins on scheduled clinic days:
-due to the overwhelmingly high demand for spots which we did not anticipate, we will only be able to take walk-ins that are pre-authorized.
-you would need to call and get someone to approve this the night before or go on a standby list. 610-881-6700.
