-We take Cash or Credit card. Note: there is now a 4% service fee for credit cards.
-TNR are preferred to be in traps. Please have them covered. A carrier would be OK if needed. Please note that small traps that are considered "squirrel traps" should only be used to trap kittens who are going into a foster home or large cage to socialize. These are not big enough for Cats to recover 1-2 days.
-Pets should be in Hard Side Carriers for the safety of the cat and for recovery after surgery. Adults should be in appropriately sized carriers. (They will have to stay in carrier overnight for their safety).
-Make sure to remove food at midnight the night before (we understand TNRs may not be fasted). Place old towel, newspaper or Pee pad in carrier. Anything soiled will be thrown away. Please ensure the carrier is a good size for your cat-- large adult cats should not be in kitten sized carriers. If you have a pregnant cat you want to get spayed ASAP please call: 610-881-6700.
