Oscar was found dumped at a construction site but we couldn't possibly imagine why anyone would want to get rid of this sweet boy. He loves people and was chasing down construction workers trying to get pets when he was found. He loves to be held and even sits on his foster dad's shoulder like a little parrot- he just can't get close enough to the people he likes. He actively seeks out cuddles and affection whenever he can. When he's not following you around the house you may find him curled up for a nap in a laundry basket. He's still working on his folding skills. 

He gets along well with all the other cats in his foster home. He is playful and silly but responds well to correction from both humans and the older cats. He has never shown any aggression. While he is great with kids and other cats, he has been hesitant around dogs. He may possibly do well with a calmer, cat friendly dog. 

Oscar could not be more of a perfect cat and we can't imagine why anyone would have ever let him go. Hopefully you can be his forever home.
