Rusty is a polydactial kitty who was being fed by someone in Phillipsburg. The man decided he no longer wanted to feed Rusty so we took him into our care. Rusty is sweeter than sweet and just wants all the love and attention you could possibly give him. You could pet Rusty for hours. He is currently living at the Petco in P'Burg.
