Friendly * Affectionate * Outgoing

Her name is Dry Clean Only because she was found in a laundry room in a hotel and she is special like dry clean only items. Her nickname is DC.

️She has been in our rescue for over a year. We would love to see her settled in a great forever home.

For several months, she was fostered by the wonderful employees at the Verizon store in Forks, where she roamed the store and enjoyed meeting customers, adults and children alike.

As of the end of June, she is now in a new foster home.

This sweetheart is a big girl weighing in at 13 pounds. She is a beautiful swirly tabby who is playful and enjoys toys, like chasing after the laser pointer dot or rubbing on catnip. She also loves to be petted and brushed. Her fur is silky soft!

She is outgoing, friendly and affectionate. She is vocal when it's time to eat. 

When adopters came recently to adopt a bonded pair of cats in her foster home, DC was the first one to greet them, taking treats and rubbing against their legs as if to say “Pick me!” We assure her that her perfect person is out there and we will find them!

After a short introductory period, she gets along with the other cats in her new foster home, but some better than others.

Keep in mind she was the only cat at Verizon for months, and now she’s confined to only one room with other cats in her foster home. She would also be a fabulous only cat.

She was cautiously curious about the Great Dane in her foster home (see video).

She was good with the young kids she met in the store, letting them pet or brush her.

She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormer/flea treated, and even microchipped!
