Fiona is a very sweet girl. See how she let me dress her up for Halloween.  :)             
She is about 10 years old and blind.    
Fiona was abandoned in a carrier at a home improvement store parking lot.  Not sure who found her but so happy they brought her to us.  She was dirty, and covered in fleas.  She cleaned up very nicely and is looking for a second chance at happiness.  Come meet her at Petco in Phillipsburg.

Special Needs: Blind, Senior.
