This pretty girl is Celeste. She was rescued from a very high kill shelter that takes in over 30,000 animals a year. I can't beleive such a sweetie ended up there.... Celeste is a major lover. She's a lap cat and wants nothing more than for you to pick her up and cuddle her in your arms. She's only about 9 months old so she's still a kitten. She's good with other cats as long as they aren't the aggressive kind. She LOVES kittens! In fact I rescued one kitten (Annie Oakley) from the same kill shelter and it was obvious that she missed having a mommy. Celeste helped her in those first few days by grooming her and snuggling with her to sleep. The one picture of her here on petfinder shows Celeste with a group of young kittens. None of them are hers but she doesn't seem to care.... Celeste is fostered in Belvidere, NJ. You can meet her there or you can see her at her adoption debut at Pets Pets Pets in Califon NJ on May 6 from 10 to 2.
