Flanagan and his sister Apricat: the first couple of months of their lives were very bad. They were found at an abandoned barn being fed water and bread. We found them starving, with pnemonia, infested with fleas, severe ear mites, also very severe upper respitory and also had round worms which killed their sister. We rushed these kitties to our very good vet staff and they did not think they had a chance. One did die but Flanagan and Apricot made it. FURR is really proud of "Warren Animal Hospital" extending their will and love for these animals.
Flanangan has double or triple in size and loves to eat. He is becoming very friendly everyday and loves his soft bed, toys and his FOOD. Flanagan would be a great kitty to teach tricks to with a clicker and treats. He is very playful and does need loving and attention. I recommend that either you have a companion for him (another cat or a calm dog) or maybe adopt his sister with him. Flanagan is utd on all his shots, wormed, tested neg. FIV/FELV and is neutered. Flanagan does sound a little raspy when he breaths but his lungs are completely clear and the vets say with time it will go away, it is from what he went thru. Poor baby. He will be at Petco, Phillipsburg, NJ this Saturday from 10-4 or for more info call Donna 908-475-2606 or e-mail donnacat@comcast.net More about FlanaganGood with Cats Flanagan's sister, Apricat (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
