Rajiah's Story Rajiah is a 2 year old tabby/tiger that was named after Jasmine's tiger in "Alladin". She has beautiful markings which reminded us of a real tiger. Rajiah is a little shy at first but once she gets to know you and trust you, can pick her up and hold her and she just melts in your arms. She was abandoned and picked up by animal control so Rajiah is a little confused right now, but with comfort and loving she will be her normal self with lots of love to give. Rajiah has been at the Philipsburg, NJ Petco for a long time and really wants out of her kitty condo. We think Rajiah would do fine with one other kitty or do well as an only kitty. She does not like dogs. Rajiah can be rough at times, although she is not mean. For this reason, we don't feel she would do well in a home with small children or with a first time cat family with small children. Experienced cat families would be great for Rajiah. Rajiah is UTD on all her shots, has been wormed, tested negative for FIV and FELV, and is spayed. She is residing at Petco, Phillipsburg, NJ so come down and see her and all her friends. For more info about Rajiah call Donna 908-475-2606 or e-mail donnacat@comcast.net. We hold adoptions every Saturday from 10-4 or e-mail me for we can make arrangements for you to see her. Adoption Center Caregiver Comments Following are comments from our caregivers at the Philipsburg Petco. These volunteers interact with the cats regularly. If you are interested in volunteering as a caregiver at a Petco location, email us at info@felineurbanrescueandrehab.org. Jennifer on Rajiah: Rajiah is one of the most beautiful and intelligent cats I have ever met. You look into her eyes and you just know she is sitting there thinking like mad and assessing your every move. She loves to have her head petted and let's you know when she's done - she's a cat who knows what she wants! She has been with us for an exceptionally long period of time and it is obvious she is getting tired of being in her kitty condo all the time. She very much wants to get out and have a house to explore - and she deserves it! More about RajiahIs Not Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Is Not Good with Kids
