Chirpy literally chirps and it is the sweetest thing you have ever heard.  He is sweet and affectionate and tolerates other cats.  At an estimated 10 years old he has had a rough life and humans have failed him up until now.  Please help Chirpy find his forever home to live out the rest of his years as a spoiled and loved senior.
