Hey my name is Rafael and I am a very good boy (that's what my foster mom tells me). Me and my sisters live here with all these cats and dogs and we all love to play. Mom tells me that as soon as she picks me up I start to PURR and don't stop!! I love getting attention and I am hoping that soon I will go to a Furrever home that my foster mom tells us about where I would be loved and the taken care of for the rest of my life.
