Meet Revel, the life of the party!
Revel means “to enjoy oneself in a lively and noisy manner,” and that fits Revel to a T! He’s a very friendly male cat with a luxurious black coat and big white paws. He was found as a stray with painful wounds on his backside. His wounds are all healed up now, his hair is growing back in, and he’s busy living life! He’s an absolute pleasure to be around, and his foster family completely adores him. He is being fostered in the Lehigh Valley.

— Loves everyone! He doesn’t have a shy bone in his body and is very sociable and outgoing. He’s not nervous around new people and doesn’t hide. He’s very nosy and walks around the house meow-talking to everyone.
— He lives harmoniously with the foster family’s resident male cat, female dog (dog is very laid back and cat-savvy), and guinea pig. He’d be fine as an only cat, but also fine with other animals.
— Great with cat-savvy kids. He likes his human foster brothers a lot. He can get pushy when he wants attention, so kids who can read a cat’s signals would be great so Revel doesn’t get overstimulated. He actively seeks the kids out for petting and biscuit making.
— Expert biscuit maker. Revel makes biscuits when he’s laying down AND walking around! He makes them in the air and into laps. He even makes them in his sleep sometimes. His foster dad calls him “Mister Biscuits.”
— Loves having his face scratched and laying on laps. He’s not a huge fan of being held and tries to jump down, but he’s never mean about it.
— Plays in short spurts. Likes toys on a wand and laser pointers. Loves eating house plants and getting into mischief (so be sure to remove any plants that would be toxic to cats).
— Uses his litter box and scratching post without issue. We haven’t heard him hiss at all. He IS vocal and meows and talks to you so you can pick up on his mood/likes/dislikes very easily.
— Will try to climb your body if you try to ignore him. Revel wants to party all the time!

Overall, Revel is a very social, outgoing cat who would thrive in a multitude of homes. He’d be fine in a busy home or quiet home, as an only cat or with pet siblings, or with or without cat-savvy children. He likes to spend time with his humans and explore his surroundings.
