Chuckie is part of the Rugrats. He has been fostered since he was 2 days old. He is always looking for adventure or something to play with. His foster sister Nissan became his wrestle buddy. They love to run around together and tackle each other. He is very sweet and loves to be held. He is great with kids, cats, and dogs.
